Why we began
Built from lived experience.
Gregory Keadle has spent a lifetime learning that a diagnosis, disability, hardship, or expectation can describe part of a person without defining all of them. Together with Tanis, he created STMS to help others recognize their strength, pursue their purpose, and make an impact.
The foundation brings together Gregory’s experience as a pastor, leader, speaker, author, husband, father, and person with a disability—and Tanis’s steady compassion, partnership, and commitment to helping people feel seen.
